DJ is a second-generation operator from Macomb County. He spent 30 years in his family's service business and ran it for the last five, where he implemented the FRAP system and grew net profit 610%. That growth gave his parents the runway to retire and close the chapter on a 46-year family business.
Today he runs Uncommon Ventures full-time, helping owners across the trades, professional services, retail and beyond build profitable, predictable companies they're proud of. He's spoken from local chambers to international stages.
